In July we held our 12th Deployment Leaders’ Network Day, this time hosted by Inmarsat in London. These days allow us to show our appreciation to our customers by providing them with the opportunity to share experiences, advice, latest best practice and new thinking in an informal but purposeful environment.
Around fifty delegates took part in a series of lively discussions, interspersed with a number of thought provoking presentations:
The Digital Transformation Agenda and how Lean Six Sigma is forming the basis for ‘getting it right’ in large scale organisational change.
- Business Transformation in Ricoh and how Lean Six Sigma has been a key element of this programme across Europe.
- Deploying Lean Six Sigma in a central government agency – the Department of Communities and Local Government and how the approach is extending into wider deployment.
- Accelerating Transformation – Integrating Agile into Lean Six Sigma to accelerate change at the project and programme level.
It was a super event attended by many of Catalyst’s clients including Barclays, London Stock Exchange, Essex County Council, Bam Nuttall, Blue Bay, Sky TV, Arqiva, ONS, Freshfields, ESB and Keit.
