Elavon Europe wins top award for Overall Business Agility at the prestigious Agile Business Awards 2023
Elavon is a leading global payments company with more than 4,300 employees and operations in 10 countries. They provide businesses with the technology to accept payments from customers, whether they are shopping in stores, at home or on the go. They process billions of payments every year.
Catalyst worked with the Elavon executive team to understand their strategic pillars with a clear mandate to get them “unstuck” and able to execute. We helped them to decompose the strategy into Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). We supported them to enable rapid decision-making at the point of impact by forming empowered cross functional self-organising teams around each OKR, who delivered the solutions and improvements (Digital and process) in increments using sprints. We played a hands-on role in the trenches with the teams helping with understanding customer needs, understanding the current state and desired future state, creating Agile backlogs to “prioritise by value”, and delivering rapid improvement and delivery of solutions with short feedback loops; learn fast and adapt.
