Join us in a very warm welcome to Chris Merriman and James Dwan to the Catalyst team.
Chris formally joined us as a Director into Catalyst in April. Having been an MBB at Honeywell before he joined Sun Microsystems as lead MBB back in 2002, he went on to join Unisys as their Global Quality and Six Sigma Director where he worked for nearly 9 years, moving to the Manufacturing Institute as a consultant in 2015. He is a certified Shingo practitioner. He graduated in Engineering from Cambridge in 1987. He is both a superb consultant and trainer covering a very wide range of our services from Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Culture Change, Excellence, Shingo, and Transformational Change.
Chris will be delivering an Introduction to Transformational Change workshop during our forthcoming series of Masterclasses.
In September, James joined Catalyst as a Senior Partner. James joins us from Markem-Imaje with a wealth of experience and results, having risen swiftly through the ranks from Developer to PC Software manager, Programme Manager, Strategy Deployment Manager, and most recently Global Leader of the Program Office. With his wonderfully energetic and charismatic teaching style and natural drive to solve inefficiency and disorganisation, we are confident that our clients will be impressed by him and that he will be a great asset to the team.
James will be delivering a workshop on Combining Lean Six Sigma and Agile to Accelerate Project Delivery.
Please also see our new master classes, designed to build your continuous improvement skills. In the meantime, contact us for further information.
